Hammonasset Beach State Park, Connecticut.
This park was fairly open but what it lacked in trees, it tripled in beautiful biking and wonderful beaches. We drove our bikes for at least thirty minutes along the beach in order
to arrive at the Nature Center that was closed.
At sunset we went swimming in the waters of the Long Island Sound. The next morning we found the beach Snack Shop open and purchased a sticker as proof of our adventure.
